Casa Travi
Located in a quiet part of St Julian’s, Casa Travi is a beautifully restored Maltese guesthouse that blends historic charm with modern elegance. As a photographer, I was drawn to its balance of texture, light, and color.
The original wooden door and balcony were preserved with care, while the façade contrasts exposed limestone with subtle modern rendering. Inside, features like xorok ceilings, wooden beams, and plaster moldings add depth and character.
A signature brick-red hue ties it all together - appearing on the door, balcony, and throughout the interiors. Casa Travi offered more than just visuals - it offered a mood. My goal was to capture that warmth, intimacy, and timeless atmosphere in every frame.
