Boasting nine apartments of varying sizes, from cozy one-bedroom retreats to family-friendly two-bedroom apartments and an expansive four-bedroom penthouse, this renovation project has transformed each space into a tranquil beachfront oasis.
The full-scale renovation encompassed every aspect, from the up-to-date kitchens to the spa-like bathrooms and the carefully curated selection of furnishings, all designed to evoke the warm embrace of a coastal home.
Natural materials such as travertine, open-pore walnut, and textured porcelain tiles adorn the interiors, evoking a sense of serenity and harmony with the seaside surroundings.
